????  Position: Receptionist / Front Desk / Customer Service Representative
???? Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
???? Schedule: Full-Time (Weekday + Weekend Day)

• Monday & Tuesday: 9AM - 5PM
• Wednesday & Thursday 12PM - 8PM
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 9AM - 6PM
• Sunday: OFF

???? Automotive Receptionist Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist , you will play a key role in customer experience:

• Greet customers and visitors entering the dealership
• Assist with customer check-in and determine needs
• Answer and route incoming phone calls (multi-line system)
• Enter customer data into dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
• Direct customers to sales or service departments
• Provide brochures and basic dealership information
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
• Create key tags and manage vehicle key organization
• Support showroom operations and maintain a professional front desk

✅ Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable answering and managing multiple phone lines
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience with dealership software (CDK) is a plus
