As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence! Full or Part time day or evening shifts available: Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm; Sunday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm. In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team. Minimum Qualifications Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred) 18 years of age or older Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients Valid US driver's license Basic computer skills Options Residential uses E-Verify Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees.
