We're hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to support customer-facing campaigns and help create positive experiences for the brands and organizations we represent.

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop experience in customer service, communications, marketing, public relations, and community engagement .

No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.

• Interact with customers in professional face-to-face settings
• Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information
• Create friendly and positive customer experiences
• Support promotional and community-focused campaigns
• Build rapport with customers and community members
• Represent brands and campaigns professionally
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Develop communication and presentation skills
