This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting graduate looking to build a career in corporate accounting while gaining hands-on experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment. Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with monthly account reconciliations and month-end close activities. Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems. Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal departments as needed. Assist with expense report processing and payment runs. Support audits and special accounting projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 0-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Internship, campus accounting experience, or prior AP experience.
