Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events. Help set up and break down event areas, displays, and materials. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Answer questions and provide helpful information to attendees. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Distribute promotional materials and assist with displays. Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas. Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
