Supporting healthcare programs remotely, the full-time Call Center Healthcare Representative will handle inbound calls from members and providers, providing accurate information about healthcare benefits and services while ensuring a compassionate customer experience. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls, delivering accurate information related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services Research and resolve inquiries efficiently while adhering to established procedures and compliance guidelines Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in multiple systems during live calls Required qualifications At least two (2) years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume environment Healthcare experience preferred (medical office, pharmacy, insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare call center) Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications and dual screens simultaneously Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly
