Key responsibilities Lead discovery workshops and business process review sessions with stakeholders Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Source-to-Pay processes Define and design future-state procurement and Source-to-Pay workflows Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay transformations Experience as a Functional Lead or Business Process Consultant on ServiceNow implementations Strong understanding of procurement operations and supplier onboarding workflows Experience facilitating workshops with executive and operational stakeholders Prior ServiceNow SPO implementation experience (preferred)
